The food left much to be desired as well while I understand Hilton is an American company the hotel is located in Barbados so it would be nice to have more authentic Bajan dishes. We've stayed at a number of resorts and found these times to be extremely early for a family resort.

We found it quite annoying that the pool bar closed at 6pm and the pool closed at 9pm. On our down days we weren't able to rest during the day due to construction going on above us which was never mentioned. A lot of the grout in the shower had stains from mold. I don't think the glass on our table was ever cleaned. One of our phones didn't work nor did the clock/alarm. The sides of our light switches in our room were very dirty I actually didn't want to touch them. Inside of the phone cord that connected to the receiver was completely black it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The house phone behind the front desk located by the bathrooms was extremely dirty.

There seemed to be a lot of areas all over the hotel that were overlooked in terms of cleaning. A few things really bothered us while staying here. My family stayed here for two weeks and had very high expectations due to the reviews.
